H

UNITE.
We will connect our lives deeply to God, each other and nonbelievers outside the kingdom. We will focus our lives around the unity of these relationships and help others to do the same.

TRANSFORM.
We will follow the life that God has intended for our community, city, world, and us. We cannot change the world without changing ourselves first. Having disciplined relationships provide us with the foundation of our lives.

DEVELOP.
We will seek to impact those in our society and spread a development of the gospel out into every area of our culture. Through the belief of God's word and presence of the Holy Spirit, God will develop us into His disciples. We dedicate our lives to incite a powerful movement of the gospel in our city and the world.

VISION.
H/F youth’s vision is to know God and make His name known in our community and city through a relevant and innovated communication. In every outreach and service, our desire is to bring Christians closer to God and to bring those outside the kingdom to a relationship with God. It is our goal to accomplish this by showing how God's Word and Faith in Him are useful and significant to everyday life.

A Statement of Faith is a written declaration of the church's position on matters that pertain to the essentials of historical Christianity. The following statements are part of [H/F youth: thelivingyouth] faith:

1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God. Therefore, our ministry emphasizes the exposition of God's Word from Genesis to Revelation, line upon line, precept upon precept.

2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

3. We believe in the deity of Christ, in His Virgin Birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

4. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful humanity, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential, and that repentance from sin and acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the only way to come into a relationship with God.

5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life; we further believe His power and gifts are available to believers today.

6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

7. We believe it is important to uphold the scriptural practices of the early church. Therefore, we hold to the practice of water baptism and the regular taking of Communion. We do not believe that either of these practices is essential for salvation, but that they serve as a demonstration of our living faith in Christ.
